This ongoing project is a light remodel of a 1940's mid century modern house in Eureka Valley, San Francisco. The remodel includes a redesigned front yard and back yard, upgrades to the exterior balcony, replacement of single pane windows with Insulated glass units, replacement of skylights and new exterior paint. Proposed Sustainable features include insulation in exterior walls, upgrading all lights to LED, replacement of the gas furnace and gas water heater with electric systems, a new induction range and a new electric fireplace in the living room.
